No. All swimwear products sold at Nexus Curated are unbranded, high-quality swimwear sourced from verified suppliers. We do not sell branded or counterfeit products.

How do I choose the right size?

What is the size difference between Asian and US sizes?
Asian sizes are typically 1-2 sizes smaller than US sizes. For example, a US size M is roughly equivalent to an Asian size L. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping to the US takes 5-10 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $70.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $70. For orders under $70, shipping is a flat rate of $8.00.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada. International shipping takes 7-14 business days and costs $12.00 flat rate. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

What is your return policy for swimwear?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused swimwear with all tags attached and protective liners intact. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed swimwear.
Can I return swimwear that I've tried on?
Please try on swimwear over your own underwear to ensure a proper fit. We cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had protective liners removed.
Do you provide free return shipping?
Yes! We provide free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. A prepaid return label will be provided.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How should I care for my swimwear?
To keep your swimwear in great condition, rinse with cold water after use, hand wash with mild soap, do not bleach, hang dry in shade, and do not iron or tumble dry.
Can I machine wash my swimwear?
We recommend hand washing your swimwear with mild soap to preserve the fabric and elasticity. Machine washing may damage the material over time.
