1. Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items. After 30 days, no returns are accepted unless required by law.

2. Category-Based Eligibility

🧴 Designer Perfumes (Dior, Chanel, Gucci, etc.)

• Unopened & factory sealed: Full refund within 30 days. Free return shipping.
• Opened or used: NOT eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Defective/damaged: Contact within 7 days for replacement or full refund.

⚡ Pokémon Cards

• Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, tins): Returnable within 30 days if factory seal is intact.
• Single cards (raw): Returnable within 14 days, same condition. Buyer pays return shipping for change of mind.
• Opened packs: Not returnable.
