Where do you ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping with leading delivery service companies: DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Do you accept returns?
We offer a 14-day return policy to our dropshipping partners, counting from the day the package is delivered to your customer. For wholesale partners, the returns period is 7 days from the day the package was delivered.
How long does delivery take?
We provide Express and Economy delivery options, and the delivery times depend on the order's destination:
For orders in the EU, delivery times are:
Express delivery: 1-3 days
Economy delivery: 3-5 days
For orders to countries outside of the EU:
Express delivery: 3-4 days
