Thank you for shopping at Nexus Curated. We specialize in authentic designer perfumes (Dior, Chanel, Gucci, and other luxury houses) and genuine Pokémon cards (sealed products, booster packs, and singles). Because these product categories have specific handling requirements, please read our return guidelines carefully.
📌 Category-Specific Return Rules
🧴 Designer Perfumes (Dior, Chanel, Gucci & more)
Unopened & sealed: Returns accepted within 30 days if the cellophane wrap / factory seal is completely intact. Free return shipping provided.
Opened or used: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perfumes where the seal has been broken or the product has been used, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Defective / damaged upon arrival: If your fragrance arrives leaking, damaged, or with a defective atomizer, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement (including original shipping).
🛡️ Authenticity guarantee: Every bottle is sourced directly from authorized distributors. If a third-party lab ever proves a product from us is inauthentic, you receive 200% refund.
⚡ Pokémon Cards (Sealed products, boosters, singles)
Sealed items (booster boxes, ETBs, tins, blister packs): Returns accepted within 30 days only if the original factory seal is intact and the product is unopened.
Single cards (loose / raw): Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the card is in the same condition as received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind on singles.
Graded cards (if offered): No returns on graded cards unless the slab arrived cracked or the item was misrepresented.
Damaged / resealed suspicion: If you believe a Pokémon product was tampered with or resealed, notify us immediately. We take resealing claims seriously and will investigate with photos/video.
2. Free Return Shipping (Most Cases)
For eligible returns (unopened perfumes, sealed Pokémon products, and any defective item), we provide a prepaid return label for customers in the US and Canada. No deduction from your refund. Items that do not meet return criteria (used perfumes, opened booster packs, etc.) will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. No Restocking Fee — Ever
We never charge restocking fees. If your return is approved, you receive the full product price you paid. Original outbound shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, or proven inauthentic).
4. Authenticity Disputes (Designer Fragrances & Pokémon Cards)
Nexus Curated is a verified authentic seller operating under STACY MCNEIL LLC. All designer perfumes are sourced from authorized retailers, testers are never sold as new, and we provide batch code verification upon request. Pokémon cards are purchased directly from The Pokémon Company authorized distributors or reputable hobby shops. If you have an authenticity concern:
- Contact us at support@nexuscurated.shop with photos of batch codes, packaging, and any concerns.
- We will provide proof of purchase from authorized distributors.
- If an independent expert (e.g., fragrance forensics lab or PSA/DNA for cards) determines the product is counterfeit, we will refund 200% of your purchase price plus return shipping.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Self-service portal: Use Shopify's return center (enabled) — select items, reason, and print prepaid label.
- Email: support@nexuscurated.shop with order number and photos of seals/condition.
- Once approved, ship back to: 2302 Whitman Way Dr, Friendswood, Texas 77546.
6. Non-Returnable Items (Final Clarification)
- Perfumes with broken or missing factory seal (hygiene reasons).
- Opened Pokémon booster packs or loose cards that have been removed from sealed wrapping.
- Gift cards, digital products, or clearance items marked "final sale" (rare, but will be explicitly noted).
7. Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your perfume bottle arrives shattered or your Pokémon booster box is crushed, take photos of the shipping box and product within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or full refund immediately.
