1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. During high-volume periods (new product releases, holidays), processing may take up to 2 business days.

4. Shipping Restrictions – Perfumes (Hazardous Materials)
🧴 Important – Designer Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as Dangerous Goods (Hazmat).
• We ship perfumes via ground services only (no air shipping for fragrances over certain volumes).
• Express shipping for perfumes may be upgraded to 2-day ground where available.
• Some remote US locations may experience longer transit times for perfume orders.
• We comply with DOT and IATA hazardous materials regulations.
5. Pokémon Cards Shipping
Pokémon cards (sealed products and singles) ship via the same methods above with no hazmat restrictions. Singles are packed in sleeves + toploaders + bubble mailers to ensure protection. Sealed products ship in padded boxes or rigid mailers.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact support@nexuscurated.shop.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Nexus Curated is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the carrier confirms loss, we will assist with filing a claim.
For packages lost in transit (no delivery scan after 15 days), contact us and we will replace or refund after carrier investigation.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Returned packages due to wrong address will be subject to re-shipping fees.
9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS for standard shipping only (Express is not available to P.O. boxes). APO/FPO addresses are accepted via USPS, but delivery times may be extended (10–20 business days).
10. Combined Shipping & Split Shipments
If you order both perfumes and Pokémon cards, items may ship separately from different warehouse zones. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. No additional shipping charges apply.
11. Shipping Insurance
All shipments include built-in insurance up to $100 USD. For orders exceeding $100, additional insurance is automatically added at no cost to you. Claims for damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and product.
